Job Scope:
- Handle inbound enquiries from customers on banking products and services within SLA
- Understand customers' needs and provide 1st call resolutions.
- Solicit customer feedback, identify problem trends and recommend improvement actions.
- Process waivers within the SLA.
- Adherence to duty roster
- Ensure all calls are provided within the agreed Service Quality such as Product knowledge and service delivery
- 9am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri); 8.30am to 1pm (Every Sat)
