Job Description & Requirements
Responsible for all general and basic administrative work assigned by performing the following duties:-
- Responsible for all incoming calls.
- Responsible for all administrative work like filling, typing etc.
- Responsible for preparing preprint invoices/DO.
- Able to perform good customer service via tele-communication.
- Other tasks as directed by your respective Manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Basic computer knowledge like Microsoft Words/Excel.
- Able to communicate with Chinese client
