Our client, a leading company in precission machinery and processing, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Legal Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proofread and revise drafts of legal documents, based on advice from Japan legal team.
- Research, analyse and interpret laws and regulations in legal documents.
- Record keeping of electronic and hard copy filing of legal documents.
- Prepare legal and management reports.
- Respond to all law-related queries from internal stakeholders.
- Cooperate with Japan legal team on various projects, legal research and enforcement of company rules.
- Ensure adherence to company rules with regards to legal documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Law, Legal Executive
- Efficient administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to grasp and intepret legal documents
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Location: East
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: Up to S$3,000 (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
