Job Title: Customer Service Officer (ID5018)
Location: Clementi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: $2300 to $2500
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Support daily customer service functions such as attending to email enquiries & calls.
• Deal with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
• Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
• Handle customers’ complaints and conduct investigations (if any)
• Update and submit daily/monthly reports to customers.
• Handle import and export permit declaration
• Prepare simple draft logistics billings.
• Handle ad-hoc task upon customer request (if any)
• Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• Minimum O’level or related Certificate in Logistics Management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in 3rd party logistics will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
