My client, a leading reinsurance broking firm is seeking an Analyst, Finance & Operations to join their team in Singapore. The incumbent will support the Head of Operations as well as other Senior Management in all aspects of the financial management of the business units and ensure the delivery of the financial KPIs as defined by the company. The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Monitoring revenue and costs, ensuring they are appropriately budgeted, forecasted and reported in line with the Group’s revenue recognition policy.
- Reviewing monthly management financials and assist in providing insight on significant variances.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes.
- Act as the key link between Finance & the Business Units
- Ensure that all controllable costs and those allocated costs where the Business Units has some influence (e.g.
- overseas offices costs, etc) are both acceptable, budgeted and correctly forecasted.
- Be prepared to represent the Business Units in any financial forum.
- Ensure that Sales data (CRM) is appropriately collated and shared with Business Leader and Sales Team.
- Provision of other ad hoc financial reports as requested.
