HR Spectrum
- Assist in preparation of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and other HR related letters
- Review and revise HR & Admin policies, regulations and procedures periodically
- Administer disciplinary actions and attend to disciplinary sessions where necessary
- Involved in management and handling of employee relations
Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in the management and formulation of compensation and benefits schemes and strategies
- Insurance administration and liaising with company’s insurer on related matters
- Processing of staff monthly timesheets for payroll processing
- Ensure all leaves are updated promptly and correctly
Payroll Processing
- Assist in preparation of monthly payroll
- Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS make-up claims and all the government paid leave claims
Welfare
- Involved in the planning and execution of company events and team-bonding activities and supporting HR initiatives
- Provide expatriate support eg. accommodation arrangement, orientation, salary, income tax, repatriation, etc
Administration
- Provide support to Admin
- Any other adhoc HR/Admin duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources / Business Studies or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and strong in multi-tasking skills
- Aptitude to learn
