Job Description:
- Assists the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations for all areas of the business including front of the house,kitchen, dining area, etc.
- Supports the Operations Manager in ensuring that the team understands their respective responsibilities, inspiring pro-activeness and accountability in them.
- Leads the team in delivering efficient and effective service that meets the established quality standards; ensures the growth of the business by increasing customer satisfaction through the high quality of service.
- Helps the Operations Manager in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, cost & sales target, etc.
- Develops new and optimizes current standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless service while monitoring its successful implementation.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer experience based on feedback and review of management reports; ensuring all customer issues are addressed immediately, taking ownership to resolve them.
- Helps in coordinating between the frontline and the kitchen, developing good lines of communication.
- Regularly inspects the method of food preparation to ensure that quality is maintained.
- Ensures that all procedures in the operations, customer service, food preparation, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance, and general administration are in place and in accordance with the company policies and in compliance with all statutory requirements on food hygiene and safety.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Degree preferably in Food & Beverages Services Management.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, 3 years in a similar role.
- Trained in food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Have strong communication, leadership, customer service, and people skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skill
