- Lead and oversee entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion within budget.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans.
- Foster communication with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate and supervise project activities, covering design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Monitor project budgets, conduct financial reporting, and track costs through forecasting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in interior design or construction industry.
- Travel to project sites as necessary is a must.
