Responsibilities:
· Assist in the day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures.
· Play a key role in managing and developing restaurant staff.
· Provide training and guidance to uphold the restaurant's service standards.
· Monitor and maintain the high quality and taste standards of signature dishes.
· Collaborate with the team to address and resolve any quality concerns.
· Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering processes.
· Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
· Contribute to maintaining the warm and welcoming ambiance of the Japanese Western Restaurant.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in restaurant management.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Commitment to maintaining high food and service quality.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Understanding of Japanese-Western cuisine is advantageous.
