- Manage targeted orders and monitor delivery status;
- Attend to inbound calls from customers;
- Handling incoming enquiries, complains and feedback and resolve them in accordance with the company’s standards;
- Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions when required;
- Provide alternatives solutions with excellent customer service via phone calls and emails;
- Follow-up with customer, when necessary, in a timely manner;
- Liaise with internal department to solve customer’s issue;
- Coordinate with delivery team on orders;
- Coordinate and provide sales support to the sales team;
- Maintain proper filling system;
- To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior
