Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and general administrative matters
- Calling merchants to confirm appointment time
- Prepare sticker printing for shipment
- Mail of normal and registered letters
- Monitor daily sales and stock level
- Manage devices and follow up on faulty device status
- Attend to walk in customers for card collection
- Sorting and keeping proper record of devices
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- GCE “O” Levels
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Able to resolve issues independently
- Good at multi-tasking and good team player
- Keen to learn and has good working attitude
- Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with each other
