Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and general administrative matters
  • Calling merchants to confirm appointment time
  • Prepare sticker printing for shipment
  • Mail of normal and registered letters
  • Monitor daily sales and stock level
  • Manage devices and follow up on faulty device status
  • Attend to walk in customers for card collection
  • Sorting and keeping proper record of devices
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • GCE “O” Levels
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Able to resolve issues independently
  • Good at multi-tasking and good team player
  • Keen to learn and has good working attitude
  • Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with each other
