• The Genral Manager of the Marine Team shall coordinate the whole Marine Team, by taking care the Marine Superintendents in the team, and the operations of vessels.
• To be responsible for cordinating the Marine Team, and follow the requirment/message from top management/COO, and report efficiently to the COO or TOp Management when necesarry.
• Treat safety and environmental compliance as a top priority.
• Contribute to the achievement of the company's KPI figures.
• Ensure, in cooperation with HSEQ, that Navigation practices/procedures meet industry standards and are effectively implemented through the implementation of suitable controls, equipment and training.
• Monitor the Marine Team and the vessel operations for compliance with the Company's policies and procedures, ensuring that it is effectively implemented onboard.
• Ensure that practical procedures to meet the Company's Objectives and Policies are implemented and revised as deemed necessary.
