This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs.
- Responsible for full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of companies comprising a mixture of onshore and offshore companies (mainly BVI, Cayman and more) registered in various jurisdictions.
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial and compliance matters for all stages of Company lifespan (from incorporation to closure).
- Ensuring timely compliance with all statutory requirements (such as filing of annual returns, financial annual returns, economic substance, and others with government/statutory/registered agencies.
- Handle periodic reviews of KYC and client due diligence information of existing and relationships and responsible in obtaining compliance clearance.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as accounting, compliance and finance team and clients.
- Responsible for overall revenue and a healthy accounts receivable record of the portfolio.
- Act as Authorised Signatory for nominee companies.
- Guiding, coaching, and supporting the team members to deliver and maintain high levels of service and work standards.
- Other administrative and/or ad-hoc duries as required
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Requiremets:
- Min 5 years of working experience with supervisory role
- ICSA qualification or related degree
- Excellent Written and Spoken English
- Well versed in Microsoft skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Knowledge in Miscrosoft Navision is a plus
- Good positive learning attitude and team player.
