Responsibilities
- Setting up a kitchen workstation with equipment and ingredients
- Handle daily kitchen operations (i.e. Cooking, Frying, Grilling) using various utensils
- Adhere to the operations and procedures; and suggest improvements for the betterment
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and adhere to hygiene standards
- Proper storage for food in proper manner or temperature
Qualifications
- Completed the WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course – Food Safety Course Levels 1 and 2
- Relevant work experience as Cook
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good communication skills and Service Oriented
