As part of their business expansion to oversee their inbound sales channel, they are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure that they are directed to the proper channels.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will includes
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries across various communication channels.
- Engage in virtual meetings with potential clients and, as needed, participate in face-to-face appointments.
- Develop comprehensive proposals, quotations, and cost estimates tailored to prospective clients.
- Implement consistent follow-up strategies throughout the sales cycle to drive successful deal closures.
- Maintain and keep sales databases and tracking tools current and accurate.
- Collaborate effectively with account managers to facilitate a smooth transition for closed-won accounts.
- Keep abreast of new product launches and features, providing valuable insights to enhance sales strategies.
- Identify and propose improvements to the sales process for enhanced efficiency. Contribute data and constructive feedback to the Marketing team to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
Skills and experience required
- Min 3 years of relevant experience with hands on experience with CRM systems
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and with a customer centric mind-sets
