Our client is a US MNC, one of the world leader in serving science. They are looking for a Site Service Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calibration and qualification tools in-house, ensuring timely calibration and upkeep.
- Collaborate with External Third-Party (3P) partners for various services (calibration, PM, qualification, repairs).
- Verify External 3P vendors meet Customer off-site and on-site requirements before executing service tasks.
- Respond to on-site service requests based on guidelines, addressing Laboratory End Users' ad-hoc service needs within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Recommend suitable inventory types and quantities for critical equipment service parts, verification/calibration/PM kits, and service tools to minimize downtime and assist in budget planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including training records, service reports for all equipment and calibration tools, asset information, vendor qualification review, within the in-house Asset Management system.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with customers, vendors, and the multi-functional team to ensure efficient service execution.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in science or Engineering, preferably in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Proficient in computer software and systems.
