Requirements:
- 5 years experience in SAP ISU - Customer Service (CS) / Customer Engagement (CE) functional.
- Ability to map business requirements to related SAP processes.Strong functional knowledge to understand Company’s usage of SAP ISU.
- Excellent documentations skills for functional write up after assessment of business requirements. - Ability to support SAP ISU upgrades & patches.
- Strong testing capability to ensure regression testing prior to releases to production.
