Job Description
- Create relationships and identify customer needs while recommending appropriate solutions to drive both individual and team sales, margin, accessories, and overall performance.
- Apply extensive sales experience, knowledge, and expertise to act as the Subject Matter Expert in each department. This includes validating or approving all ad items' product pricing, signage, availability, and display functions.
- Resolve complex customer issues or escalations as needed while proactively equipping line-level associates with tools on addressing customer concerns.
- Knowledgeable in-store operations – tasks, and methods.
- Planning and executing store marketing activities.
- Ensure close communication and understanding between key holders and the team.
- Housekeeping, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Maintain in-store visual merchandising is accurate to store standard.
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year in the retail sales-related tech industry
- Proven sales track record
- Able to commit to retail hours
- Able to communicate and read in both English and simple Mandarin to deal with consumers who speak Chinese.
- Able to work with Microsoft excel.
- Quick Learner.
- Independent, driven, possess initiative, and optimistic.
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends, and public holidays)
- Tech Savvy
- Strong interest in technologies product.
- Able to deal with a small group of customers at once (No stage fright)
- Able to multi-task (Handle more than one customer if needed)
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay object handling
