Responsibilities:
Plan and organize medical education events: (20%)
• Implementation of medical education programs across APAC
• Management & implementation of professional education programs across APAC including cadaver and sawbones workshops, symposiums & insights events and activities
• Coordinate and implement International VSP program (Visiting Surgeon Program) including processing of all relevant documentation to medical boards & hospital authorities to gain access to the operating theatre
• Oversee surgeon engagement in relation to product training initiatives, including face-to- face and online forums
Data collection and management: (30%)
• Lead & Manage APAC Meded Data and KPI Dashboard
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and materials, and make recommendations for improvements
Digital Platform Management: (40%)
• Lead & Manage S+N Academy Mobile Application & other digital platforms
• Lead & Manage APAC Data Asset Management with latest toolkits, templates, flyers, brochures, and design and develop APAC SharePoint website.
• Manage VR, Simulation trainings and associated analytics.
• Manage Broadcasting studio time slots and coordinate with the AV team
Ensure compliance with regulations: (10%)
• Proactively build & retain knowledge & expertise on S&N compliance policies and
documentation requirements ensuring all are met in relation to each professional education event
· Lead & manage Royal College of Surgeons required documentation for SN Academy
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical education or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
