The Senior Social Worker will lead a team to effectively manage and oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of specific community-based programmes targeted at serving Children, Youth and Families to achieve social mobility. The Senior Social Worker have a strong interest and believe in working systemically with community stakeholders across the people, private and public sector in furthering the impact on the beneficiaries.
The role includes provision of supervision for social workers and social work associates. The senior social worker will plan and implement professional learning and group supervision for the team. The senior social worker will assist in building the staff team towards fulfilling professional goals.
The senior social worker will review and conduct process improvement in the delivery of services.

Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies
Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work
Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth and families
Registered with SASW Accreditation Board
Competent in casework, counselling and coaching
Core Competencies
A team player and equally adept at working independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual
Strong in administration and time management skills
