The Job :
- Collaborate with business users and the development team to gather and understand software and business requirements in projects for the improvement and/or transformation of supply chain or logistical planning, management, and operations.
- Work independently or in a team to design, develop and implement software solutions using the Microsoft's .NET and related technologies or Microsoft Power App / Power Automate that are compliant to the IT security governance and policies of the company.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that conforms to coding standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot and modify existing code in a timely manner in response to reported issues or requested changes, ensuring software quality and reliability, adhering to existing IT service change management standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery of technical training for end users, to ensure successful delivery of solution.
- Write and contribute to produce clear technical designs, documents, and user guides.
- Provide all required technical support to projects that are outsourced to 3rd party solutions providers to ensure successful delivery of solution.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 2+ years experience with developing and supporting low-code solution using Power App (Canvas App or Model Driven App) and automation of business processes with Power Automate.
- 3+ years experience in ASP.Net WebForms/MVC application development incorporating Blazor and/or Razor technologies using C#.
- Frontend skillset : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, React
- Backend and Database skillset : .Net Framework, .Net Core, LINQ, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Windows Server and IIS
- Experience using Git and have a good understanding of Git workflow.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Track record in software projects pertaining to supply chain or logistical planning, management, and operations.
- Functional knowledge of SAP SD module in manufacturing, supply chain or logistics industry will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of SSL/TLS ciphers for securing applications.
- Working experience with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS will be an advantage.
