Responsibilities
Data Center and Virtualization Management:
• Lead the installation and maintenance of Data Center operations, including deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining UCS servers.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of VMware environments, Windows Server 2021 and Linux RHEL 9.0
Network Services:
• Manage common network services such as SNMP, Syslog, DNS, NTP, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Ensure the seamless integration of network services to support overall system functionality.
Performance Analysis and Root Cause Analysis:
• Utilize tools like Wireshark to analyze network performance and provide detailed root cause analysis.
• Offer recommendations, guidance, and expertise to maintain the highest level of system performance.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
• Perform complex troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
• Conduct backup, archiving, and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
Documentation and Best Practices:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement efficient and standardized processes.
Requirements
• Diploma in Computer Engineering or related
• Extensive experience in Data Center and virtualization technologies (UCS, VMware ESXi, vSphere, vSAN, vCenter, Windows Server, Linux Server).
• Proficient in managing common network services (SNMP , Syslog, DNS, NTP , DHCP , AD).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform network performance analysis using tools like Wireshark.
• Hands-on experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining UCS Servers.
• Expertise in deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining VMWare and Windows Server 2016, 2018 and 2021.
• Proven ability to perform complex troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and recovery procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
