Job Description:
- Analyze data related to our group-level game projects, covering aspects such as game products, commercialization, operation, and marketing.
- Conduct market analysis, evaluating competitors, publishing channels, market trends, and working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Lead demographic and behavioral analysis of gamers, with a focus on user value, retention, and monetization. Utilize methods like data analysis, data mining, and user research to optimize gaming products.
- Develop regular reports and user-friendly dashboards that offer business insights based on data performance.
- Ensure data integrity throughout platform tools and workflows, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies in the data.
- Collaborate with our Slate Development Team to facilitate product proposals.
Job Requirement:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a field related to Data Analytics.
- Possess over 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a preference for experience in the tech or gaming industry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, covering database management and data wrangling/processing, along with expertise in Tableau or similar dashboard tools.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of making data-driven decisions and instigating change through data analysis and user research.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
