Daily Routines:
· Deployment / Last minute activate relief officer
· Update Deployment info google drive
· Update Site condition, Incidences, Deployment status through Watsapp daily
· Handle cash after work and forward all transactions to office daily
· Arrange for OJT
Weekly Routines:
· Rostering
Monthly Routines:
· Plan / Update Monthly sites Rosters
· Plan and submit Officers Off days to Payroll
As and when required:
· Notification for officers in PLRD Portal
· Ensure collection of weekly attendance especially for sites that requires attendance record for billing
· Follow-up on OJT & other administrative forms that need to be returned to office
· Attend to officers’ queries including those about wages
· Check application forms for completeness before submission to HR
· Issue uniforms and follow- up on return of uniforms by officers who resigned
· Follow- up on incident reports & action taken (AAR); Follow-up on field officers’ daily reports submission
· Follow-up on officers’ leave application approval & leave forms for filing
· Claim by officers
· Schedule for training of Officers
· Recruiting Relief Officers
Yearly requirements:
· Assist with Yearly Grading Exercise
Job Requirement:
· Plan and deploy officers
· Handle shortfall and activate replacements
· Respond to officers calls and messages
· Required to work of Public Holidays and weekends
