Job Title : Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for providing Sales to the ISO department and work with a team of highly driven recruitment team at CSM Academy.
As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive market expansion in the region.
You will lead a team of sales with a primary focus on driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Established in 2005 as a Private Education Institute, CSM Academy International delivers Service Management programmes with a major focus on healthcare services education. We have developed our own intellectual property programmes in Aged Care, Therapy Services, Biomedical Science and partnering with a UK & Scotland University to deliver BSc Nursing & Health, MSc in Dementia Studies, Clinical Research and Healthcare.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Singapore and other regions when assign to align with the company's overall objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategically expanding the company's customer base and market presence in Singapore and/or other regions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operational teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, Agencies, and partners, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and networking with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
This role requires excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of promoting staff/team welfare.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
- Extensive Sales experience with a proven track record in managing sales in Singapore markets in the education sector preferred.
- Strong understanding and experience with effective communication with sales and marketing team.
- Proven leadership skills, including experience leading high-performance sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement agile strategies.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to do outbound sales approach with team to drive revenue.
- Passion in education and training industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships in order to collaborate with others, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills, such as the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
