⇒ Responsibilities
- To spearhead the transformation of Testing activities specifically for Vitality / at a Group level.
- Strategic Vision: The ideal candidate must possess strategic and critical thinking capabilities to meticulously evaluate existing processes and proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Process Enhancement: This QA Manager must find ways to improve the current technology, tools, and vendor engagements within the Testing framework. The objective is to optimize efficiency and effectiveness while aligning with industry best practices.
- Leadership Focus: Emphasizing a non-hands-on approach, the role primarily revolves around strategic direction, leadership, and guidance rather than hands-on work.
- Innovation and Adaptability: The ideal candidate should showcase a track record of innovative thinking, adaptability to change, and a proven ability to revamp processes within a large-scale organizational setting.
⇒ Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors in Information Technology or any other related disciple required.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in in QA management.
- Experience in domains related to Financial Services in mandatory.
- Able to provide recommendations, implement new strategies.
