Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee PPM planning and coordination in a production environment.
2. Ensure following KPIs are followed through by the team and updated:
- Ensure equipment change over process by team in accordance with safety protocol.
- Ensure compliance of alarm summary updating, daily logging of checklist, monthly checks on eye wash, sump pumps, spill kits and first aid boxes upkeep.
- Comb through and replace accessible blown lightings at all cleanroom and plant rooms (inc: Ballast, diffuser).
- Maintain housekeeping in electrical Switch and Plant room and remove all unnecessary items and updating of store inventories.
- Replacement of pre filter, Carbon filters (FADI), silica regents replacements, Chlorine analyzer regents, ACF Back wash, chlorine analyzer sensor cleaning.
- FADI column changeover/receiving, UPDI pumps servicing / Changeover.
- Top up and cleaning up of Busch Pump Oil.
- Maintain store inventory for Filters, Chemicals & regents & belts.
- Dosing and cleaning of WWTPs, pumping of Chemicals when tank level is low.
- Manual pump out of Solvents when tank level Hi, diversion of COD tank lines.
- Weekly changeover of circulating pumps, servicing of transferring pumps.
- Replacement of AHU belts & fillers in emergency.
- Carry out the Exhaust Fan Sequence changeover and Genset testing.
3. Ensure supervision of vendors for quarterly/Bi-monthly servicing.
4. Follow up with vendor and occasional need for review of quotations.
5. Attend operation meetings, minutes taking and follow up.
6. Undertake any duties/projects etc. as assigned by the Superiors(s).
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Bachelors degree/Advanced Diploma in Facilities & Project Management, Business Management or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facility & project management, or equivalent.
- Facility management, project management or finance experience would be an advantage.
- Proficient in standard MS Office Outlook/Excel/Power Point/Teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
- Posses analytical, disciplined, strong attention to details and inquisitive nature.
- Ability to perform with initiative, enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Customer service oriented, friendly and presentable.
- Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong project management skills, time management skills and a team player.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and complete project within a set duration and budget.
Job location and details:
- Location: Depot Close
- Work hours: 5 day work week, Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
