- Support the BIM Manager in developing the BEP
- Execute BIM implementation processes of the Contract
- Coordinate with the BIM Manager, all parties within the Contract, all parties within his organization and interfacing contract's BIM Managers and BIM Coordinator
- Create, maintain and update the BIM authoring tool's discipline-specific templates and all necessary BIM standards in accordance to the EIR for model creation
- Execute the following but not limited to project BIM goals, BIM uses, BIM workflows, 3D Coordination and collaboration processes, BIM Deliverables, data and information management, model content requirement, model management, model coordination and model quality controls within the Contract and Interfacing Parties
- Execute and deliver in accordance to BIM Deliverables and responsibility matrix
- Execute discipline-specific clash detection analysis to identify, resolve and validate all design and construction conflicts within the Contract and the Interfacing Parties
- Participate in all necessary BIM meetings facilitated by the interfacing contracts and to provide necessary support and information in interfacing contracts BEPs development and 3D Coordination works
- Execute the BIM Software upgrade plan, the schedules of BIM Deliverables submissions and model information exchange as documented in the agreed BEP
- Update, manage, monitor and track all discipline-specific model change records
- Enforce discipline-specific model checks and validate model quality prior to submissions to the Engineer and Interfacing Parties
- Ensure all assigned conflicts documented in the clash detection analysis resolution and validation reports by the BIM Manager are resolved
- Ensure all native BIM Models within the Contract enable to federate seamlessly
- Facilitate the archiving, backup and data security of the discipline-specific BIM Models
- Coordinate and manage to meet all BIM Deliverables submissions and information exchange schedules as documented in the agreed BEP
