Regional Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Position Summary:
Reporting to President
The Regional Sales Force Effectiveness Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance of our sales force through effective management and utilization of the Sales Force CRM (SFDC) as well as any other tools promoting Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of SFE strategies within the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Force CRM Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of the regional strategy for Sales Force CRM (SFDC).
- Oversee the implementation and integration of SFDC tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of SFE tools to enable the organization for successful execution of growth strategies.
Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the sales team is proficient in utilizing SFDC and SFE tools to its full potential.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives, addressing any issues or challenges related to SFDC usage.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize SFDC data to generate actionable insights and reports, enabling informed decision-making at both regional and organizational levels.
- Implement and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of SFDC initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales force, leveraging SFDC capabilities.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in sales force effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of SFDC into overall business processes.
- Communicate regularly with regional sales leaders and teams to gather feedback and address concerns related to SFDC and SFE.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales force effectiveness or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Force CRM (SFDC) and its functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
