Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices
- Reconcile invoices with suppliers’ SOA
- Perform weekly and monthly inventory data entry
- Verify payments, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
- Follow up on discrepancies with vendors, suppliers, and internal customers
- Record inventory transactions into the system
- Assist in assets transactions and inventory processes in the system
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
