Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultant, subcon, and other related parties with thing the project.
- Carry out site inspection with consultant.
- Joint Inspection with RE and RTO
- Progress monitoring and update the site activities.
- Planning and arranging the site activities.
- Manage site activities and ensure compliance to requirements.
- Maintain data base of laboratory testing and report/result submission.
- Preparation of method statement and work instructions for construction
- Planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
- Manage oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure design specifications and quality requirements are met.
- Involve in coordination between sub-contractors / vendors / departments and anticipate labour / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
- Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
- Preparing daily reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction
- Min 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to manage tasks as per priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Preferred knowledge in Autocad and BIM
