JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the shop, includes perform shop opening and closing duties (cashiering, store cleanliness, etc.).
• Enforce standard operating procedures and adhere to food & safety procedures.
• Conduct inventory stock check.
• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be knowledgeable of the overall menu; be able to promote and make tailored recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/shop.
• Ensure safe distancing is maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant experience in the service/F&B industry is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
• Friendly service, driven and passionate about work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
• Self-driven and possess good learning attitude.
• Independent and able to multi task.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
