The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development and transformation of the Built Environment sector, to improve Singapore’s living environment. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can contribute to BCA’s growing digital communications functions. This is especially relevant with the rise of online platforms becoming an important part of government communications.
You will work with the team to formulate and drive digital communication strategies, with a focus on utilising data analysis to power data driven communications to profile the work by BCA and the built environment sector to deliver the best built environment for Singapore.
What you will be working on:
Leverage insights and analytics tools to track, measure and optimise BCA’s digital channels to improve communication efforts and enhance the team’s strategies and reach.
Generate digital performance reports with actionable insights.
Strategising, conceptualising and implementing digital communications strategies and campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
Managing BCA’s digital platforms (including the BCA website, social media channels, EDM) to communicate relevant and useful information to audiences.
Collaborating with different groups to understand their work and translating them into creative and engaging digital content for our audiences.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital communications and/or data science
Tertiary qualifications from relevant field of communications and/or data science
Familiarity with the use of data analytics tools and social media management platforms
Familiarity with website content management systems and HTML is a plus.
A self-motivated individual who is reliable and make a good team player.
Able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Professional and positive attitude towards work and learning.
