You will be a part of HPB’s Workplace Health Planning and Company Outreach department which strives to advance health promotion efforts in workplaces to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases.

Scope


As a member of the Workplace Health Planning team, you will:

  • Support your team lead in the co-development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of cost effective and sustainable health programmes for companies and workers for greater efficiency. 

  • Forge and develop strategic and sustainable collaborative partnerships to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting.

  • Review and improve systems and processes, based on key labour and market trends, backed by evidence and data sets, to achieve HPB’s goals and drive efficiency.

  • Identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to enable stakeholders to make key decisions.


What an ideal candidate looks like
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of working experience in business development and administration, partnership and account management, and data analytics. The candidate should also possess:

  • A proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing sustainable initiatives, with an understanding of business and operational needs against partner’s needs.

  • Strong planning, analytical, and project administration and management skills.

  • Basis data skillsets, comfortable working with and processing data, can draw insights and make data-informed recommendations.

  • Strong collaborative and partnership building skills; confident to work with whole-of-government/corporate partners and to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to distil and communicate complex concepts and information in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral).

  • Adapt and independently navigate through structures and systems, new situations, and challenges.

  • Ability to work well in matrix teams, multi-task and handle project peaks and tight deadlines.

  • Effective communication (verbal and written), presentation and negotiation skills.
