Scope
As a member of the Workplace Health Planning team, you will:
Support your team lead in the co-development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of cost effective and sustainable health programmes for companies and workers for greater efficiency.
Forge and develop strategic and sustainable collaborative partnerships to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting.
Review and improve systems and processes, based on key labour and market trends, backed by evidence and data sets, to achieve HPB’s goals and drive efficiency.
Identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to enable stakeholders to make key decisions.
What an ideal candidate looks like
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of working experience in business development and administration, partnership and account management, and data analytics. The candidate should also possess:
A proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing sustainable initiatives, with an understanding of business and operational needs against partner’s needs.
Strong planning, analytical, and project administration and management skills.
Basis data skillsets, comfortable working with and processing data, can draw insights and make data-informed recommendations.
Strong collaborative and partnership building skills; confident to work with whole-of-government/corporate partners and to build relationships with stakeholders.
Strong ability to distil and communicate complex concepts and information in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral).
Adapt and independently navigate through structures and systems, new situations, and challenges.
Ability to work well in matrix teams, multi-task and handle project peaks and tight deadlines.
Effective communication (verbal and written), presentation and negotiation skills.
