You will join a team that focuses on the development of policies and streamlining of processes for incentives such as grants, partnerships and commissions, with the aim of maximising the impact and effectiveness of NAC’s funding to the arts ecosystem.
[What you will be working on]
Manage and support backend administrative support for Our Sg Grants (OSG) portal, which includes managing and monitoring of user rights, supporting both internal and external stakeholders in using the system, handling any system related queries and process improvements to support the grant administration work.
Drive process improvement projects (eg: Robotic Process Automation for grants administration), which includes developing project requirements and managing vendors to execute the project.
Provide secretariat support in the streamlining of grant policies and processes.
Track and manage funding data, and relevant data analysis work.
Coordination of grant assessment processes across departments.
Grant administration, including providing relevant and timely advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as evaluating applications for grants, and ensure adherence to good governance and funding conditions.
[What we are looking for]
Good University Degree.
Experience in handling data, data analytics and/or managing systems is mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills such as empathy, persuasion, and negotiation.
Strong analytical skills and judgement.
Able to adapt to changing contexts.
Meticulous and organised, with a process-oriented working style.
Candidates with working experience of 3 years or more will be considered for the Manager position.
