JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Winning new customer accounts through strategic business development planning
- Perform an outbound call to customer under the vacant territories.
- Influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations.
- To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number)
- To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints
- To monitor the new account creation under vacant territories and work closely with the ASM
- To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories.
- Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Salary range between SGD2300-SGD2400 + sales incentives upon hitting target
- Canddiates who has fully vaccinated and eligible to work in Woodland area will be considered.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as personal training is provided.
- Over 2 year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales is a plus
- Office tools knowledge
- Good written & spoken English skills.

- This position internally known as Field Inside Sales Representative.
