Continental-NTU Corporate Lab invites applications for the position of Research Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of the multi-modal sensor fusion development of a cobot platform, including a robotic manipulator and an omnidirectional autonomous Automated Guided Vehicle for multi-modal tasking and intelligent interactions with humans
Involve perception algorithm development, sensor fusion, test rig set-up, and experimental validation
Job Requirements:
The candidate must at least have a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation and Control Engineering, etc
Candidates having relevant working experience will be preferred
Strong background in robotics and automation
Good communications skills and the ability to work independently and facilitate projects with minimal supervision
Able to contribute to Journal/Conference papers with good presentation skills
Able to plan and organize well and adhere to deadlines
