Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) https://www.ntu.edu.sg/eee is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 130 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,000 are graduate students.
We invite applications for the position of Manager, Marketing Communications & Management. The incumbent shall manage all aspects of marketing, branding and outreach of the school by providing regular reports and updates to management for MSc programmes.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning: To develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the overall school’s objectives.
Branding and Positioning: To establish and strengthen the school’s brand identity in the market.
Market Research and Analysis: To conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends to identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
Marketing Campaign: To implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and public relations.
Event Management: To organize and manage events, such as workshops or community initiatives by coordinating with vendors and speakers, promote the events, and ensure a successful outcome.
Requirements:
At least a good bachelor’s degree in Marketing from a recognized Institute of Higher Learning
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding and outreach.
Possess strong analytic skills.
Well verse with marketing strategies and tools.
Possess a “can-do” attitude, ability to work fast and smart independently.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively.
