Position Overview:

The Client Servicing candidate plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding the client's needs, and ensuring the successful execution of communication campaigns. This role requires the person to have great project management skill, coordinating with various internal and external teams to deliver high-quality output and maintain client satisfaction.

Both mid and senior level roles are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Understand their business objectives, communication requirements, and provide strategic guidance to meet their needs.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including creative, media planning, and account management, to develop and execute advertising campaigns. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations.
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Work closely with clients to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging. Develop communication strategy, budget allocation, and campaign timelines.
  • Campaign Execution and Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met. Coordinate with internal teams to manage creative development, media buying, production, and campaign implementation.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and analyze results to measure the effectiveness of advertising efforts. Provide clients with regular reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop project budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Track expenditures, manage costs, and ensure projects are executed within allocated budgets.
  • Client Satisfaction and Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through timely communication, effective problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Market Research and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.

 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, mass comm, advertising or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency or marketing firm.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, campaign management, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel. Other social listening/research/data analytics tools is a bonus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
