The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Human Resources Manager, playing an instrumental role in talent acquisition and fulfilling operational needs of the HR Department to achieve the company’s business objectives. 

You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements to provide perspective and advice on best practices to the business. You are also expected to drive and lead changes within existing processes to enhance efficiency whenever necessary. 

Job Description:  

  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes – from job intake meetings, postings, sourcing, screening candidates, interview arrangements, negotiation, offer management and applying for work permits for selected candidates for shortlisted candidates. 
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract skilled candidates. 
  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and deliver in speed and quality of hiring. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to forecast hirnig needs and proactively address recruitment challenges. 
  • Timely delivery of project deliverables, providing insights to process improvements.  
  • Actively participate in the development and execution of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee experience.  
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to blue-collar hiring. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, providing regular reports and insights to the HR leadership team. 
  • Take charge of planning of career fairs, relating to blue collared hiring. 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, blue-collared hiring experience preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
