Revenue Manager
Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
- Maximize overall Hotel revenue
- Implement Yield Management Strategies
- Strategic responsibility for Property Management System and Revenue Management System
- Analyze market conditions and trends
- Operate in compliance with the Corporate and Hotel Standards
- Provide education and revenue optimizing training to relevant people such as FO, Reservations, Sales and F&B
- Regular and periodic forecasting & budgeting
- Coordinate and oversee the accuracy and timely submission of revenue reports
- Attend all relevant meetings
- Manage group pricing and statuses with Sales Team
- Comply with all Hotel Policies and Procedures
