We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of sales operations within a fast-paced and innovative company.
The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with Regional Head of Artists and Labels Success, SEA/AUNZ/JP, to support various initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall sales performance.
1) Collaboration with Regional Head:
Report and work closely with the Regional Head of Artists and Labels Success, SEA/AUNZ/JAPAN, who will serve as your mentor.
Engage in collaborative projects with the Data Analytics APAC Manager to contribute to various initiatives.
2) Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in gathering sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate regular reports on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, lead & opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
3) Sales Support:
Assist Regional Head of Artists and Labels Success in the creation of sales presentations, and other supporting materials.
Support the sales team to address inquiries and provide necessary information.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including Go-To-Market, Learning and Development, and more, to ensure alignment of goals and processes.
