Shipping Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Arrangement / Coordination & Monitoring of shipment
· Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
· Communicate with internal/external stakeholders
· Attend and respond timely to shipment inquiries via telephone and email
· Handle job filing, answering phone calls, correspondence through email and arrange courier services
· Knowledge of basic shipping process and incoterms is preferred
· Checking of BL, AWB, DO, Tax invoices and other documents
· Ensure all the orders are executed on a timely manner
· Other adhoc Jobs
· Training will be provided
· Full-Time position
· 5 days office at Ang Mo Kio
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of working experience
· Good communication skills
· Able to work in fast pace and ability to multi task
· Singaporeans and Malaysians only
