Job Description
1. To manage and track jewellery production to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our clients.
2. To receive and check production orders that are delivered to be accurate and of high quality.
3. Work closely with retail staff and managers to ensure accurate recording and processing of jewellery
4. To mantain and update accurately the inventory in the shop of both finished jewellery as well as gem stones
5. To formulate and implement processes and systems to support sales and production targets
Prefered Requirements
1. Operations experience in the jewellery / inventory / supply chain / retail / e-commerce is prefered
2. Be a good communicator to bring managment's strategies and ideas to fruition.
3. Highly organized with focus on execution and problem solving across multiple categories
4. Must be able to think critically and adapt nimbly in flexible environment
5. Strong leadership skills to deal with differing opinions, supervise and oversee targets, and motivate the team
6. Work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic arena.
