Work location: City Plaza
5 day work week (42 hours work week including, 1 hour paid break per work day)
Monday to Saturday: 11AM - 7PM
Sunday: 10AM - 8PM
Sunday compulsory working day (Only apply if you can commit).

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day retail operations
- Communicate to customers about on-going promotions & offers
- Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
- Adhere to duty roster & assignments given by the Supervisors/Managers
- Be the company’s front line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
- Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store
- Drive seamless customer experience across channels
- Handle order fulfilment processes for customers in store and online
- Perform daily, quarterly stock counts
- Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandise display
Perform Sales, Trade-in and Installment Transactions
- Retail sales of merchandise comprising gold jewellery, luxury goods, etc
- Communicate effectively to customers on the policy of the sales and trade-in transactions
- Perform sales, trade-in and installment renewal transactions
- Handle cash and voucher in accordance with established policies, procedures and practices
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Good written and oral command of Malay and English language.
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- A good team player, mature and self-driven
- Friendly, approachable and engaging personality
- Must be willing to work on weekend and public holiday
- Min. Education level qualification: Singapore ‘N’ Level Equivalent
