Responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of Strategic Customer Quotes.
- Work closely with Corporate Product Managers and Strategic Sales Account Managers to maximize gross profit margin and achieving excellent customer service.
- Works directly with suppliers to obtain the most competitive quotes to support sales and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Review the quote ensuring that we work to meet the original quote strategy and customer expectation.
- To work with the Quote Team and Sales to create a quote strategy and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Diploma in a related field.
- At least 3 – 5 years of applicable work experience in related industry preferred with a demonstrated history of successful performance.
- Working knowledge of sales, quotes and or electronics related job scope is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Excel is essential
- Exhibits strong teamwork and collaboration with good interpersonal communication skills
- Exhibits strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for planning and managing quotes
- Ability to perform well under time-sensitive deadlines
- Able to organize and prioritize workload in a proactive manner
