- handling Both Sea & Air Import shipments
- minoring of shipment status and keep customer update on shipment date
- follow up with cargo delivery status
- Prepare full set of clearance documents such as PV, DO, etc
- Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliver of shipment
- Build a good relationship with the client
- take in vendor invoice and close job
- Able to deal with Mandarin Speaking agents.
- Able to work independently, and in a fast pace environment
- Able to work under stress
- Able to work overtime
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
