We are looking for a Test Lead to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. You should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly. This position supports all NTUC Learning Hub enterprise wide IT projects.
• Review and analyze requirements, system specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owner (PO), Business Analyst, User, Vendor to execute effective test strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Evaluate test plans/test scenarios/test cases according to specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, Model Office Testing, Regression Testing or other testing as instructed by PO.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• As Lead, you will manage a team of testers to perform the abovementioned responsibilities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role at least 5 years’ experience.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle, Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. JIRA).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in eCommerce or Mobile Application is a plus.
• Experience in business analysis, Excel, SQL is a plus.
