Responsibilities
- Support and recommending system IT policies, standard operating procedures, and capacity planning for clients
- Responsible for technical and administration activities for clients IT infrastructure which will include deployment, configuring, maintenance, upgrading and migration of business-critical infrastructure such as servers, workstations, and system/network equipment.
- System characterization, old and new product introduction, and escalation support.
- Upgrading of Hypervisor, patching of Windows and Linux System.
- Level 1 & 2 technical support at the system connectivity and security
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT Networking or any other related field of studies.
- At least three (3) years of experience is required
- Effectively administrate Windows Active Directory, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Veeam Backup, Cisco L2 Switches and Palo Alto, Firewall.
- Good technical skills in LAN/WAN, configuration and troubleshooting PC and server hardware knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support will be advantageous
- Hands-on knowledge with FortiGate/Fortinet firewall products
