Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and achieve our digital communication objectives.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and various social media Ads.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze data to identify trends and enrollment opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand creative content for various digital marketing channels.
- Utilize design tools and software to craft/edit attention-grabbing banners, graphics, videos to produce compelling video content for digital campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in creative development to ensure our campaigns are visually impactful and resonate with our target audience.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital paid advertising, preferably from a digital marketing agency
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, and display advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position.
- Proficiency with paid advertising platforms, including Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with some experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
- A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering digital lead generation.
